Bisbeef

Accessibility statement

Bisbeef wants everyone to be able to order from us easily, including people with disabilities. The website is built and maintained to meet the Israeli Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities (Service Accessibility Adjustments) Regulations, 2013, and Israeli Standard 5568, which is based on WCAG 2.0 level AA.

What we've done

  • Standard page structure with headings, navigation and main content areas, and a "Skip to content" link at the top of every page.
  • Full keyboard operation, with a clear indication of the active element.
  • Alternative text for images, and labels for every form field and button.
  • Sufficient color contrast, and text that can be enlarged without breaking the page.
  • Error messages and updates that are announced by screen readers.
  • Works on phones and computers, and respects the browser's "reduce motion" setting.
  • The website is available in Hebrew and English.
  • An accessibility menu (the accessibility button in the corner of the screen): larger text, high contrast, grayscale, highlighted links, a readable font and stopping animations.

Known limitations

We keep checking and improving. Some parts may not yet be fully accessible, for example:

  • The card payment page belongs to the payment provider and is not under our control.
  • Address suggestions come from a Google service and may not be read perfectly by every screen reader.

If you run into any difficulty, please tell us, and we'll gladly help you order by phone.

Pickup point accessibility

The pickup point (6 Shamgar St, Jerusalem, Israel) is at street level, at the parking garage entrance. There is one low step at the door, and you can also come in through the parking gate.

Knock on the door, or call us when you arrive (0772049300) and we'll bring your order out.
