Bisbeef

Terms of use

Use of this website and its services is subject to these terms. Placing an order on the website means you accept them.

1. General

The website is operated by "Bisbeef" ("we", "the business"), a kosher restaurant offering delivery and pickup in Jerusalem.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on the website when you place an order is the one that applies.

2. Orders

You can order from the menu shown on the website, including extras and options, during opening hours only. Orders can't be sent outside opening hours or on closing days.

After you send an order you'll see an order number, and if you gave an email address we'll send a confirmation.

Please give accurate contact details and an accurate address. We are not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect details or by the customer not being available.

We may refuse, cancel or change an order for a reasonable cause, for example: an item that ran out, a technical problem, unclear details or a suspected fake order. If that happens we'll let you know, and any amount paid for items not supplied will be refunded in full.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are in Israeli shekels and include VAT. We may update prices and the menu from time to time; the price shown when you placed the order is the one that applies.

Payment is made with one of the methods offered at checkout: by credit card on the secure page of the payment provider, or in cash on delivery or pickup, as offered. Card details never pass through our website and are not stored by us.

An order paid by card is confirmed only after the payment provider approves it.

4. Deals and coupons

Deals are shown on the website and apply automatically according to their conditions (items, minimum amount, dates and hours). A coupon applies only with its code and according to its conditions.

Only one deal applies to each item. A coupon that can't be combined with deals gives whichever discount is bigger. We may change or end a deal or coupon at any time, without affecting orders already placed.

5. Delivery and pickup

We deliver in Jerusalem, within our delivery area only. The delivery fee depends on the driving distance from the restaurant and is shown before you order. A minimum order may apply to delivery.

Every order is made fresh once we receive it. Estimated time: pickup about 15 to 30 minutes, delivery about 30 to 70 minutes. It may take longer at busy times, and the times are not a commitment.

We may decline to deliver to a specific address if there is a reasonable concern for the courier's safety or for delivering safely. In that case we'll offer pickup, or cancel the order with a full refund.

For pickup, please come to the restaurant, 6 Shamgar St, Jerusalem, Israel, once your order is ready.

6. Cancellation

Because of the nature of the product (fresh food made to order), an order can't be cancelled once preparation has started. To ask to cancel before preparation starts, call us right away: 0772049300.

If you received a wrong or faulty item, contact us as soon as possible after receiving the order and we'll offer a replacement, credit or refund as appropriate.

All of the above is subject to the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 1981, where it applies.

7. Kashrut and allergens

The restaurant is strictly kosher, under the supervision of the Badatz Edah HaChareidis.

Dish descriptions list the main ingredients, but traces of common allergens (such as gluten, sesame, eggs, soy and nuts) may be present in the kitchen. Customers with allergies or sensitivities should check with us before ordering.

8. User account

You can order without signing up. If you open an account, you are responsible for keeping your password safe and for telling us if you suspect unauthorized use. We may block an account that is misused.

9. Liability

We make an effort to keep the information on the website accurate and up to date, but mistakes may happen. The service is provided as is, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damage, as far as the law allows.

10. Intellectual property

All rights in the website's content, including texts, photos, design, logo and trademarks, belong to the business. They may not be copied or used without prior written permission.

11. Privacy

How we use personal information is described in our privacy policy, which is part of these terms.

12. Law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. The competent courts in the Jerusalem district have exclusive jurisdiction.
